The HSSG and EEESG will have an Interim session, Tuesday, April 17th through
Thursday, April 19th, 2007, in Ottawa, Canada, hosted by Nortel. This
session is ONLY for the HSSG and EEE. No other 802.3 SG or TF will meet at
this session. The closing date for the room block is March 31, so please

Meeting Registration Fee
The advanced Web registration cost per attendee will be $US125 and the late
registration fee will be $US150 (after April 3). The registration fee will
cover meeting rooms, AV equipment, power hook-ups for laptop computers, food
and beverage (continental breakfast, coffee and cookies), wireless high
speed internet access in the meeting room, and other related meeting
services/supplies. On-site registrations ($US150) will be accepted.
Cancellations with full refund are allowed.

If you require a visa invitation letter, please send an email to Steve
Carlson (scarlson - AT - ieee.org) with a copy of your Nortel registration
confirmation email and include the following additional information:
Date of Birth (mm/dd/yyyy)
Place of Birth
Passport Expiration Date (mm/dd/yyyy)
It is your responsibility to determine if a visa invitation letter is
required. After I receive your request, I will send you a PDF copy of the
visa invitation letter for your use.
