This is an announcement of the special Interim meeting for (IEEE P802.3Rev)
Maintenance #9 (Revision) Task Force and IEEE P802.3at, DTE Power
Enhancements Task Force. Only these groups will be meeting during this week.

Wednesday, October 17 - Maintenance 8:30AM - 5PM Central Time - David Law.
A teleconference bridge number will be provided for those who cannot attend

Thursday, October 18 and Friday, October 19 - IEEE P802.3at DTE Power
enhancements - 8:30AM - 5PM - Mike McCormack. The end times may be later
depending upon the work load.
The meeting will be hosted by Cisco Systems at their facility in Richfield,
Ohio. The street address is:
4125 Highlander Pkwy
Richfield, OH 44286.
Richfield is a half hour from both Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
(CLE) and Akron-Canton Regional Airport (CAK).
Their is no meeting hotel or meeting fee. Attendees must find and book their
own lodging. A number of hotels are located nearby in Montrose, OH.
The commute between Montrose and Richfield should be about ten minutes or
less. Please park in the main parking area and do not use the limited number
of visitor parking spaces. The lobby will open at 8AM. You will need a
sticky name badge to get into the facility. Please email Chad Jones
[firstname.lastname@example.org] if you plan to attend so that badges may be prepared
in advance. Please arrive no later than 8:15 for an 8:30 start time. Guest
WiFi access will be provided.
