[STDS-802-3-NGBIDI] July 802.3cp meeting announcements

All,

As we have almost 300 comments, I have set up four 3-hour sessions.  The earlier ones run from 13:00-16:00 GMT, and the later ones run from 17:00-20:00 GMT. 

When we set up to review comments, we will try to review those from Asia and Europe in the earlier sessions, and those from the Americas in the later session.
