Dear Task Force participants,
The next face-to-face meeting of this Task Force will occur during the week of January 20, 2020, in Geneva, Switzerland. During that week we will hold a joint task force meeting that includes P802.3ca, P802.3cp, and P802.3cs. The joint meeting times include:
- Tuesday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;
- Wednesday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;
- Thursday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; and
- Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
The joint task force will conclude when all task force business is complete.
The P802.3cs Task Force will start Tuesday morning at 9:00, and most likely conclude by the end of that day.
The meeting will continue to focus on the development of baseline proposals for Super-PON. Anyone wishing to present, please provide the following information (per the Procedure for Presenters web page:
http://www.ieee802.org/3/cs/public/presentproc.html):
- Name of presenter;
- Title of presentation;
- Length of time requested (this should include time for questions and answers); and
- Brief description of topic.
Requests for presentation time shall be made to me by replying to this message. The presenter shall e-mail a PDF, soft-copy version of the presentation to me by January 17, 2020.
