Dear ct colleagues, With respect to the implementation of the “editorial license” to comment #68, I discussed the final wording inserted in D1.3 with the commenter, Matt Brown. During the discussion it become evident that the lay-out of clause 154.5.3 in D1.2 was unfortunate, to cause the commenter to overlook the final sentence.
After our mutual discussion the lay-out in D1.3 was rearranged from D1.2 and improved wording was implemented on the basis of the specific comment. Therefore the new wording is somewhat different than shown in the accepted resolution to the comment. But “editorial license” provided the flexibility to deal with this.
