Reminder that the 5th Task Force Review closes tomorrow.  See below.

 

At this point we have received a limited number of comments.

 

I want to remind the task force of the report I gave to the WG in January regarding the slow progress of our group.  In my opinion it would look very bad to the WG if I had to extend the deadline due a poor response to the task force review.

 

I am hopeful that despite our lack of progress on EVM we will get comments against the draft with people resolving how to close all of the TBD’s.

This is the announcement of the 5th Task Force Review of IEEE P802.3cw 400 GbE over DWDM systems, D1.4.  Instructions for accessing the draft and submitting comments follow this announcement.

 

IEEE P802.3cw is an amendment of IEEE Std 802.3-20xx as amended by IEEE Std 802.3dd-20xx, IEEE Std 802.3de-20xx, IEEE Std.802.3cs-20xx, IE.EE Std 802.3db-20xx, IEEE Std 802.3ck-20xx, and IEEE Std 802.3cx-20xx. 

IEEE Std 802.3-20xx is being developed as part of the 802.3dc Revision Project.
