Regarding my action item on TBDs.  Recommended corner frequency is 3 MHz and slope of 20 dB.

I have some suggestion to delay constants value provided by Gay, 6000 ns is inline with typical ZR implementation.  Given that 2 km of fiber has a delay of 10,000 ns, should we allow instead more lax delay constrain for potential future implementations that may have more latency and lower power?
My recommendation given that for ZR application 8000 or 10000 ns is immaterial then we should consider delay larger than 6,000 ns.

Following on my action item here are the proposed values for the TBDs for the delay constraints in 802.3cw (see red text) . The numbers also  follow  the IEEE style guidelines (I looked it up !).
