A slight correction (sorry I am new to sending Webex invitations).
Everyone who wishes to attend the web-based meeting needs to go to the
website:
https://ciscosales.webex.com/ciscosales/j.php?J=203915167
Register for the meeting using your email address. You will get an email
saying that you have registered. You can register at the last second if
you wish but it's more fun to register in advance...
Only people who have registered will be able to join the meeting next
week.

You should get an invite that includes registration information. Anyone
who wishes to use the session will need to register in order to get on
