Tom, I agree with you in principle.  I believe that the financial reporting
done at the IEEE 802 plenary sessions should serve as a model for the
information that participants should be provided.  If you do not believe
that the plenary financial disclosure is adequate (for example your
reference to a request to quote the market room rates for the hotel) then
you should first take that type of issue up at the 802 plenary, rather than
try to create a different set of criteria for the financial information
disclosed at interim meetings.
