[EFM] Presentation materials uploaded - copper

Howard and other EFM'ers,

My apologies, I was late posting the copper material. It is now on the website
underneath Howard's index.

The sharp-eyed observers amongst you may spot that three files are missing:

The D1.1 comment responses will be posted early Friday (we hope!)
The copper status report will be posted later today - after I've thought of what
to write...
A new idea - the copper comment spreadsheet - will be posted shortly.

This last item will be ab Excel spreadsheet with all of the copper comments
enumerated in the order that I want to cover them. Duplicates and dependencies
will be highlighted and there will be space for interested people to write in
their own thoughts on these comments.

I urge everyone who has an interest in this standard to read the comments (and
responses) in advance and figure out what you want to happen. That way we can
speed through the comments in record time.

Thank you for your attention and patience.

Hugh.
