[EFM] Draft 1.2 comment reminder

Dear Members of the IEEE 802.3ah EFM Task Force,

Please remember that the deadline for submitting comments
against draft 1.2 (and 1.1a) of IEEE Draft P802.3ah is
Friday, December 27th.  We have received very few comments
as of today, and this is a cause for concern.  Your editors
will need time to prepare responses to your comments in
advance of the upcoming meeting in Vancouver.
