Please take note of the following message from Dr. Everett Rigsbee.
All of the meetings associated with the IEEE 802.3 working group,
including the meetings of the IEEE 802.3ah EFM Task Force, have
been relocated to the Albuquerque Convention Center. The convention
center is about one block from the Hyatt Regency hotel. The Double
Tree hotel is attached to the convention center, so if you haven't
made a room reservation, the Double Tree is your best bet.

There have been some major changes regarding the Working Group Meetings in
Albuquerque. Due to some severe networking issues, we have had to relocate most
of the Working Groups. The Working Groups that are now scheduled to meet at the
Hyatt Regency Albuquerque are: 802.11/.15/.16/.17/.18 and .19. The 802.1/.3 and
.20 Working Groups will be relocated to the Albuquerque Convention Center. We
apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
The IEEE 802 November Plenary Meeting is fast approaching !!!
Please take the time NOW to web pre-register rather than standing in long lines
to do it on site at the Hyatt Regency.
The deadline to web pre-register for this meeting is this FRIDAY, October 24,
2003.

For those of you who are planning to attend this session but have not made your

other words, these rooms will go quickly !!! If you haven't made your room
