I was stunned and saddened to hear of the sudden death of Hugh. Hugh’s contribution to IEEE802.3 standards work is tremendous, unforgettable and a memorable tribute to him. We, in IEEE802.3, will miss greatly his character, his contribution
to our technical discussion, presence and his sense of humour. I was certainly moved by Joel’s tribute and others. My deepest sympathy to his family. Ghani |
