IEEE 802.3 25GBASE-T Study Group

A draft PAR modification request, to modify the IEEE P802.3bq PAR to expand the scope of the IEEE P802.3bq 40GBASE-T project to include 25GBASE-T, have been circulated in expectation of request for necessary approvals at the IEEE 802.3 closing plenary. The supporting draft CSD and objectives were approved by the IEEE 802.3 Working Group at the March 2015 Plenary. The PAR modification request is pending IEEE 802.3 Working Group approval at this meeting, prior to seeking approval of both the PAR and CSD by the IEEE 802 LMSC Executive Committee.
