[802.3_DIALOG] Participation in IEEE activities by Participants on the BIS Entity List

Dear Colleagues,

Further to my recent emails in respect to communications from the IEEE and the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) regarding guidance for volunteers participating in IEEE and IEEE-SA activities that may be affiliated with entities on the U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security "Entity List", please find attached an updated 'IEEE Statement on Participation of Members/Volunteers from BIS Entity List Entities' as well as an updated 'Participation in IEEE Activities by Entities on the BIS Entity List Frequently Asked Questions and Answers ("FAQs")'.
