[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3cg 10 Mb/s Single Pair Ethernet 3rd Standards Association recirculation ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

The 3rd Standards Association recirculation ballot on the Amendment IEEE P802.3cg 10 Mb/s Single Pair Ethernet closed successfully on 4th September 2019. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The September 2019 IEEE P802.3cg Task Force interim meeting <http://www.ieee802.org/3/interims/index.html> will consider the 32 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database has already been announced on the IEEE P802.3cg Task Force reflector.

The ballot statistics are:

 138 Voters
 110 Approve
  10 Disapprove with comment
   1 Disapprove without comment
   4 Abstain
 125 Ballots returned

  90% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
   3% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
  91% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
