[802.3_DIALOG] July 2020 plenary meeting announcement

Dear Colleagues,

Based on <http://ieee802.org/secmail/msg24772.html> IEEE 802.3 will hold the July 2020 plenary session telephonically from Monday 13th July through Thursday 23th July 2020. The IEEE 802.3 Working Group (WG) opening plenary meeting will be held from 14h00 UTC (07h00 PDT, 08h00 MDT, 09h00 CDT, 10h00 EDT, 15h00 BST, 16h00 CEST, 19h30 IST, 22h00 CST, 23h00 JST) to 16h00 UTC on Monday 13th July, the IEEE 802.3 WG closing plenary meeting will be held from 14h00 UTC to 16h00 UTC on Thursday 23th July.

Task Force, standing committee and any appropriate ad hoc teleconference meetings will be held from Tuesday 14th July 2020 UTC through Wednesday 22nd July 2020 UTC, excluding Friday 17th July 2020 UTC through Sunday 19th July 2020 UTC. The draft agenda, as well as liaison letters received so far, are available in the minutes area <http://www.ieee802.org/3/minutes/jul20/index.html> and will be updated as required prior to the meeting. The agenda will be approved at the meeting.

Attendance credit toward membership requires at least 75% attendance during the plenary session. As a result you will need to record attendance at a meeting on at least six of the eight meeting days of the July 2020 IEEE 802.3 plenary session, independent of how long a particular subgroup might be meeting.

A number of WG decisions are expected during the IEEE 802.3 meetings (most on Thursday during the closing meeting). Depending on the amount of discussions, the Monday opening and Thursday closing meeting may run beyond our target 16h00 UTC end time, so please plan your time accordingly. Additional subgroup information follows.
