[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE 802.3 November 2021 plenary session announcement

IEEE 802.3 will hold its November 2021 plenary session telephonically, from Monday 8 November 2021, through Thursday 18 November 2021. There will be an IEEE 802.3 Opening plenary meeting on Monday 8 November 2021, an IEEE 802.3 Mid-session plenary meeting on Thursday 11 November 2021, and an IEEE 802.3 Closing plenary session on Thursday 18 November 2021. These meetings will be held from 14h00 UTC (06h00 PDT, 07h00 MDT, 08h00 CDT, 09h00 EDT, 14h00 GMT, 17h00 CET, 19h30 IST, 22h00 CST, 23h00 JST) to 16h00 UTC. The IEEE 802.3 Working Group Opening, Mid-session, and Closing plenary meeting call information can be found below, calendar invitations will be sent shortly. Please always check <https://ieee802.org/3/calendar.html> for the most up to date information.
 
Task Force, Study Group, standing committee, and any appropriate ad hoc meetings will be held from Tuesday 9 November 2021 UTC through Wednesday 17 November 2021 UTC, excluding Friday 12 November 2021 UTC through Sunday 14 November 2021 UTC, and will be announced in the following weeks.
 
Payment of a registration fee is required by anyone that attends any meeting held during this plenary session. This registration fee will help offset the costs incurred by the cancellation of the November physical plenary. The Early Registration fee will be 50.00 USD, avalible until 23:59 UTC on Thursday 21 October 2021. After that date, the Standard Registration fee of 75.00 USD will be charged until 23:59 UTC on Friday 5 November 2021. After that date, the Late Registration fee of 120.00 USD will be charged. Please note that Registration Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. The registration web site can be accessed at <https://cvent.me/4xn8Ql>.
 
Attendance credit toward membership requires at least 75% attendance during the plenary session, as well as payment of the registration fee. As a result, you will need to record attendance at a meeting on at least six of the eight meeting days of the November 2021 IEEE 802.3 plenary session, independent of how long a particular subgroup might be meeting. Several WG decisions are expected during the IEEE 802.3 meetings (most during the Thursday 11 November 2021 Mid-session and Thursday 18 November 2021 Closing plenary meetings). Depending on the amount of discussion, IEEE 802.3 WG meetings may run beyond our target 16h00 UTC ending time, so please plan your time accordingly.
