[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3dc) Maintenance #16 (Revision) 1st Standards Association recirculation ballot results

Dear Colleagues,

The 1st Standards Association recirculation ballot of the revision IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3dc) Maintenance #16 (Revision) closed successfully on 2nd March 2022. The ballot exceeded the required 75% for consensus to approve the draft. The March 2022 IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3dc) Task Force plenary week meeting <https://ieee802.org/3/calendar.html> will consider the 20 comments submitted and determine changes to the draft as appropriate. The availability of the comment database will be announced on the IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3dc) Task Force reflector.

An additional 14 comments were received after the ballot closed, these comments will be marked as 'late' in the comment report and will only be considered by the IEEE P802.3 (IEEE 802.3dc) Task Force if, based on a vote, if necessary, there is no objection to do so.

The ballot statistics are:

 136 Voters
 108 Approve
   4 Disapprove 
   3 Abstain
 115 Ballots returned

  84% Response Rate (>= 75% required)
   2% Abstain Rate (< 30% required)
  96% Approval Rate (>= 75% required)
