REMINDER: Deadlines Approaching!

  • Social Event (at Georgia Aquarium) Tickets Deadline February 28, 2023
  • Guest Room Reservation Deadline March 2, 2023
  • Standard Registration Deadline March 3, 2023

The March 2023 IEEE 802 Plenary is scheduled to take place in Atlanta, USA at the Hilton Atlanta, located at 255 Courtland Street NE, in Atlanta Georgia USA.

Standard         $US800.00 until March 3, 2023
Late/Onsite        $US1000.00 after March 3, 2023

Rates

* Single/Double Occupancy: $US 199.00 per night 

Available Dates: March 8-19, 2023

* Cutoff Date Extended:        5:00 PM ET March 2, 2023

 

The Group Rate covers all attendee sleeping room costs, including service fees, but is exclusive of applicable state and local sales/room taxes, fees and assessments currently a combined 16.9% (subject to change).


Subject to Availability

All of the IEEE 802 room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block. When the block is sold out or the deadline has passed market rates will apply.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to 3:00pm day of arrival, will forfeit one night's room and tax required for each reservation.
