[802.3_DIALOG] IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) and IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) revision PARs approval and Chair appointment

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that both the IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) Standard for Ethernet Structure of Management Information version 2 (SMIv2) Data Model Definitions Revision PAR and IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Standard for Ethernet YANG Data Model Definitions Revision PAR were approved by the IEEE-SA Standards Board on 30 March 2023.

Subclause 3.2 'Chair' of the IEEE 802.3 Ethernet Working Group Operations Manual says that Task Force Chairs are appointed by the Working Group chair and confirmed by the Task Force. I am therefore announcing that I am appointing Marek Hajduczenia as Chair of both the IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) SMIv2 Data Model Definitions (revision) IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) YANG Data
Model Definitions (revision).

I am therefore announcing that I am appointing Marek Hajduczenia as both the IEEE P802.3.1 (IEEE 802.3.1b) and the IEEE P802.3.2 (IEEE 802.3.2a) Task Force Chair. These appointments will need to be confirmed at the first meeting of the respective Task Forces.
