All, I’ve been asked by the host to send out another request for registration and hotel reservation for the January Interim. As of yesterday, we only have 68 registrations and only 39 in person. Here is the registration URL:
https://www.eventcreate.com/e/ieee8023. Early registration closes on Dec 22. Fees jump by at least $200 after the 22nd. Please take a moment to register and reserve a room (if you are attending in person).
For those that have already registered, I’ve worked out the draft schedule
and I have no meetings on Friday. You may want to adjust your travel plans accordingly – especially the hotel reservation. Please don’t wait till the last minute to reduce your hotel stay as this can make the host miss the room block target, which has
them incur financial penalties.
