Thanks! We can do that.

Let me ask two questions to be sure I understood:

1. Is this suppose to be a facility provided by IEEE, such as the site
where materials for the plenary and interim meetings are posted?

2.a. If the answer to the above is YES, how would we post to that site? I
think so far only the chair is able to post materials in that site?

2.b. If the answer to the above is NO, would it be OK if we created a site
elsewhere else and provided the URL for that site?
