[802.3_EPOC] Updates to EPoC definitions

Dear colleagues, 

 

Here is version R7 of the list of definitions, with updates per conference
call today and with several new items with added definitions, following my
AI from the call. Note that some definitions are still missing, primarily
because of the contextual meaning of these terms. 

 

Please let me know if you have any suggestions of changes,
