Duane,

This is to complete my action item to distribute my email on so-called "OFDM Numerology".  It is only peripherally related to the numerology however.

I did make some modification based on the discussions in the WG since I sent this out.  Also, the examples for the parameter limits are just that, examples, and are in no way intended to be considered proposals for impairment levels (which will instead come from the MSO input).  I included them only because I thought they might provide clarity on what the parameters mean.
