[802.3_EPOC] new objective ammended and approved 802.3 WG closing plenary

Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPON Protocol over Coax Task Force,

During the P802.3bn closing report, the 802.3 WG amended and approved the following additional objective for our Task Force:

"Define Energy Efficient Ethernet operation for EPON Protocol over Coax PHYs"

I will be updating the relevant documentation on the website in the near future.
