Maybe we can put together a calendar for all of these and put them on the web site.
Also, there have been some requests to move some of the dates/times of a few of these calls. So a few of them may move.

I would respectfully ask that if you are going to schedule a combined ad-hocs, that you label it so and send out one invite in order to avoid two-three invites for the same meeting....
Secondarily, I would also ask that this be done with a bit more than one day's notice in the future.

Marek,
The intent is to have one Asia-friendly call a week. All the other calls will be Europe-friendly.
I think we need to try to have this Asia-friendly call and see if we can draw in more people from Asia.
I think it is especially important for the Evaluation Criteria and Requirements Ad Hoc, so we get good input from the Chinese MSOs.
Also, if there is anyone who can help with translation to assist people who do not speak English that would be great.

I would humbly suggest that we assess whether making the times Asia-friendly brings in new participants or not and revisit the time slot allocation in the near future. For myself, this call will be at 1 am going forward and for obvious reasons I will not be attending it any more.

I understand. Steve, Duane, and I plan to rotate our Ad Hocs into the Asia friendly time slot. Normally, we will have the Link Ad Hoc call on the voted timeslot of Thursday morning. We hoped that the rotating time slot would allow people in all regions to participate.
