[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Baseline proposal for RS for CLause 101

Dear colleagues, 

 

Attached please find the baseline proposal for extended EPoC Reconciliation
Sublayer (RS) definition, to be included in subclause 101.2. The content was
modeled after respective RS definitions for 1G-EPON and 10G-EPON, with
cleanup in terms of organization of the material as well as new,
EPoC-specific requirements regarding the use of broadcast LLID values in
upstream and downstream.
