[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Baseline proposal for technical decisions #44

Hi all,
Please find attached a baseline proposal from Marek and me, to be considered at the next meeting and capturing technical decision #44.  The contribution has two parts:

*         a slide deck garavaglia_3bn_01_0513_v01.pptx summarizing how decision #44 has been translated into specification draft

*         a PDF file garavaglia_3bn_01_0513_v05.pdf containing the sub-clause 102.2.2 where the changes are captured - based on the approved baseline clause for MPCP (see technical decision 22)

We would be very happy to receive comments on the proposal, as well as suggestions about how to improve it in preparation for F2F the meeting in Victoria, BC.
