-        Units for Measure TDD downstream time window
-        Units for Measure TDD upstream time window
*          RF Spectrum ad hoc
-        One modulated sub-carrier between ExcBands
-        Number of internal and external ExcBands
-        Upstream below downstream Node+1 Spectrum
-        High-band overlay
-        2 * Upper TDD frequency band
*          PHY Link ad hoc / PHY / Editors
-        PHY Link FEC
-        OFDM Numerology (e.g. 204.8 MHz motivated)
-        Cyclic prefix table clarification and text adoption
*          FER and MTTFPA objective impact (Marek)
*          EPoC Downstream Pilot Proposal starting point (Avi, et al)
*          Upstream Resource block straw poll (Syed)
