[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Motion to revise EPoC objectives
Dear colleagues,
I plan to bring forward the following motion tomorrow:

Move to revise the P802.3bk Task Force FER objective
(http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/EPoC_objectives_update_1115.pdf, slide 4, last
bullet) per hajduczenia_3bn_01_0713.pdf, slide 17, to read as follows:
PHY to have:
- A downstream Frame Loss Ratio better than 10-6
- An upstream Frame Loss Ratio better than 5×10-5
- MTTFPA at least equal to 1.4×1010 years (age of the Universe)

For reference, definition of the Frame Loss Ratio (1.4.210a) is shown on
slide 12 in hajduczenia_3bn_01_0713.pdf.
