[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Task Force objectives updated on web site

Dear IEEE P802. 3bn EPoC PHY Task Force participants,

The Objectives as updated during the 802.3 WG closing plenary on 18 Jul 2013 have been posted on the website:

Note: the update was to add a single objective on Mean Time To False Packet Acceptance on the last page.
