[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Reminder: Presentation Requests due by Friday 23 August for York, England interim meeting week of 2 September 2013

Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force Participants,

Just a reminder that as per the 7/25 Call For Presentations, the presentation request date is Friday, 23 August 2013 AOE<http://www.ieee802.org/16/aoe.html> for the upcoming York, England meeting. A reminder that the guideline for presenters is at: http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/public/presentproc.html

I'd like to emphasize that presentations should be more in the form of (or contain) baseline style proposals for technical selection consideration. That is, some or most of a presentation (or accompanying document) should contain material (e.g., tables, equations, state diagrams, variable and timer definitions, figures, algorithms, packet field definitions, etc.) as they would be given to the Editors and intended to appear in our Task Force draft specification.

Yours truly,
Mark Laubach, Chair
IEEE P802.3bn Task Force
