Dear Mark et al., Attached please find R03 of the contribution, with completed CLT encoder SD and all necessary definitions. As the next step, I would like to add the CNU decoder SD, operating under the assumption that the FEC codeword synchronization has been reached. I expect to have it ready within the next few days Any comments are more than welcome, especially on the SD, which were designed from scratch.
