Subject: [STDS-802-3-EPOC] Call for Presentations for Dallas, Texas plenary meeting week of November 10-15 2013

Dear IEEE P802.3bn EPoC PHY Task Force Participants,

This is the Call for Presentations for the upcoming IEEE 802 Plenary meeting in Dallas, Texas during the week of 10-15 November, 2013. Please see the 802.3 site and follow the "Next IEEE 802 Plenary meeting notice" at http://www.ieee802.org/3/

As this is a plenary meeting, the P802.3bn Task Force will be meeting on Tue, Wed, and Thu morning.

Presentation requests due: Friday, 1 November 2013 AOE. (5 weeks from today)
Presentation PDFs due: Tuesday, 5 November 2013 AOE.

As the Task Force needs to proceed more rapidly going forward to build baseline ready proposals for technical consensus selection,
PLEASE TRY to:

1. Prioritize presentation topics based on the agreed to Work Items from the last meeting: Work Items for Dallas Plenary, November 2013<http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/public/workitems_3bn_01a_0913.pdf>

2. Include a baseline proposal document that accompanies any presentation, where appropriate.
Contact the Editors for any help in preparing baseline-ready material

3. Pre-socialize presentations as early as possible in an ad hoc committee or sub-group conference call

NOTE: Plenary meetings are more restrictive on available time than interim meetings and I am expecting that we will have a packed agenda for this meeting, especially that we have the D0.2 draft comments to review. The Task Force may need to prioritize time based on meeting the above three items.

Yours truly,
Mark Laubach, Chair
IEEE P802.3bn Task Force
