[STDS-802-3-EPOC] comment tool location and reminder that D0.4 comments are due

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force Participants,

The 802.3 comment submission tool is located at: http://www.ieee802.org/3/WG_tools/filemaker/index.html

For those of you anticipating making comments against D0.4 by this coming  Wednesday 26th February 2014 deadline, use the above link.  If you have already downloaded the comment submission tool, simply use that, no need to download again.

Please ask the Editors directly or on the reflector for any help using the tool.
