There have been assertions about complexity.  Personally, I\'m not seeing sufficient details that would cause me to alter existing TF decisions at this time.  I would like to see baseline proposal text for the entire CNU upstream transmiter and CLT receiver (i.e. \"entire system\") before going back to review for potential optimizations."
