[STDS-802-3-EPOC] reminder on meeting start times for upcoming July plenary

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

Just a reminder that the 802.3 opening plenary session has moved to 10a to noon on Monday for the IEEE 802 plenary meeting in July.
The P802.3bn TF will begin at 1pm on Monday of plenary week.
