[STDS-802-3-EPOC] files updated on website for plenary meeting

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

Some presentations and draft presentation agenda have been uploaded for this meeting.

Note that for people that are here at the meeting, we meet at 1PM today in  Palm Terrace B, which is located at the end of the Tram line in the Ocean Tower.  There is an IEEE 802 meeting placard.  Note that this is likely an open air meeting room.
