[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Draft 1.6 working group preview update available

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

Draft 1.6 and Draft 1.6 CMP files are now available in the private area of the website:
http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/private/

This is the Working Group preview update version for Thursday afternoon's 802 plenary change review.  There are 16 changes.

Note that extra PDF bookmarks have been added to the CMP file, starting with "1.6 Updates from D1.5" added after bookmark for Annex 100A.  These bookmarks are quick references to the changes made during comment resolution.
