[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Final Working Group Draft 2.1 posted

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

The Working Group Draft 2.1 and Draft 2.1 CMP files have been updated on the website reflecting some editorial changes noted in last week's work item and socialization conference call.  The updated date on these files is "9 Oct 2015":

We are going to consider the 9 Oct 2015 as the final version of Draft 2.1 and I will be asking David Law to consider announcing this version for the 1st Working Group Recirculation ballot phase.  Also, this version will be used to satisfy our draft commitment to ITU Study Group 9 and 15.
