[STDS-802-3-EPOC] no regularly scheduled work item and socialization conference calls for 2016

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

Happy 2016!

The calendar event and webex ID for the past regularly scheduled weekly work item and socialization ad hoc conference call expired at the end of 2015.  Going forward, we may need one or two ad hoc calls for proposed comment response socialization after each Sponsor Ballot round closes.  We'll see when we get there.  I'll send out a separate invite and webex if needed.
