[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Working Group Draft 3.0 posted

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,

This is official notice that P802.3bn Working Group Draft 3.0 is available on the website with today as the release date:
http://www.ieee802.org/3/bn/private/

Please recall that in November, we were granted conditional approval to move forward to sponsor ballot when ready.  The 3rd Working Group recirculation ballot phase that closed on Saturday, 1/16/16 met all conditions for moving forward.  David Law is working with our 802 LMSC Sponsor to approve going forward to Sponsor Ballot.
