[STDS-802-3-EPOC] files uploaded and details on Macao meeting
Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force participants,
The agenda and editor’s report presentations have been uploaded to the
website for the upcoming plenary meeting in Macao:

P802.3bn is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, 13:00 to 17:00 and Thursday,
08:00 to 12:00. Agenda times may likely be modified during the TF opening
agenda on Wednesday. Also, check the schedule regularly for any updates.
Reminder that 802.3 voting membership credit requires attendance at either
the opening plenary session Monday 10:00 to 12:00 or Thursday closing
plenary from 13:00 to 20:00 (preferably both sessions). See more at:

The goals for this TF meeting are to complete comment resolution on draft
D3.0, authorize draft D3.1, request the WG to request from the 802 EC
conditional approval to proceed to RevCom once the Sponsor ballot process
has been successfully completed, and to prepare a draft liaison response
for the 802.3 WG back to ITU-T SG9.
Please note that I am unable to attend this plenary meeting. The 802.3
Chair will appoint likely either Steve Shellhammer or Duane Remein as the
acting chair for this plenary session.
