[STDS-802-3-EPOC] 802.3 WG approved to advance draft to RevCom

Dear IEEE P802.3bn Task Force Participants,

At the IEEE 802.3 WG closing plenary today (Thursday), the WG passed a motion to advance the P802.3bn Draft 3.2 to RevCom.
This is a significant step!  Thank you all who have contributed to make this happen.

The next RevCom meeting looks like it will be on the 19th and 20th of September 2016.
