This is a reminder for the IEEE September Interim meeting in Knoxville,
TN. If you have not done so yet, please make sure to book your hotel
room as soon as possible. Details are provided below.

This is a reminder notice to book your hotel room for the September
Interim
Meeting. I will send out several more gentle reminders as the booking
deadline approaches.
To recap:
The September Interim will be held in Knoxville, TN. We were unable to
find
a suitable venue in eastern Canada, since it is high season there and
our
meeting requirements are challenging to many hotels.
Knoxville is the home of the University of Tennessee and is located near
the
Great Smokey Mountains. IEEE 802.3 will be the meeting host and a
meeting
fee will be collected on-site.
