During my last presentation to the HSSG last week I
presented a spreadsheet calculating skew between various wavelengths. I have
attached that here. As I said at the meeting, this is a first approximation
that should be in the right ballpark but there are likely to be several
problems with it. Pete Anslow (Nortel) volunteered to take a first pass at
improvements by using the equations for fiber dispersion in the ITU standards
