for those who plan to submit a presentation to the "40G SMF PMD" ad-hoc,
please make sure it follows the guidelines outlined on the "Procedures
for Presenters" page:

The deadline for submissions is ~24 hours before the conference call to
ensure adequate time to post it on the ad-hoc web page.
