Dear Colleagues: This is a reminder of the electronic
IEEE 802.3 Working Group Ballot on IEEE P802.3ba 40Gb/s and 100Gb/s Ethernet.
The ballot closes this Thursday, 16th April, 2009, at 11:59PM AOE. As
discussed, there is a minimum response rate requirement to close the ballot. Also, please remember that your
Working Group voting rights are also contingent on ballot participation. Thank you in advance for your
