Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel in Irvine in order to book into our group room block. Please quote both the group name and the meeting host to the hotel reservations department when making your reservation request.

The reservation deadline for rooms in our block is December 15, 2000. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available basis up to the group block of 250 rooms. Everyone is encouraged to reserve a room as quickly as possible. Reservations must be guaranteed with major credit card with cancellation at least  48 hours prior to arrival. Our group room rate can be extended 2 days before or after the meeting if you wish to take this opportunity.  A meeting agenda will be posted at a later date.

Location and Transportation

The hotel is 1 mile (5 minutes) from John Wayne/Orange County Airport. A complimentary airport shuttle is available to and from the hotel every 30 minutes. The Los Angeles International Airport is located 40 miles to the north and is about a 45 minutes (will vary based on traffic conditions) from the hotel. Hotel parking is currently available at $4.00 Self / $8.00 Valet for day attendees and $7.00 Self / $11.00 Valet for overnight guests. The Hyatt Regency Irvine is situated midway between Los Angeles and San Diego, central to businesses in Irvine and Newport Beach. Close to many Orange County attractions and shopping.
